Refund Policy

At WoofnWhisk, each cake is freshly baked to order and customized for your furry friend. Because of this, we have a no return policy. However, we do offer limited refunds in certain situations:

Eligible for Refund:

If you wish to cancel order within 30 minutes of successfully placing the order 100% refund is applicable.
A full refund will be issued if our baking team is unavailable due to unforeseen emergencies.
In case of a dispute, please write to woof.n.whisk@hotmail.com for priority on-demand support.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

Change of mind 30 minutes after placing the order.
If the delivery address provided is incorrect or no one is available to receive the order.
Pet preference issues (if your pet does not like the flavour).

Share your Order ID.
Our team will review and update you within 24 hours.

💳 Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In case of replacements, we will schedule a new delivery date with you.
