Refund Policy

At WoofnWhisk, each cake is freshly baked to order and customized for your furry friend. Because of this, we have a no return policy. However, we do offer limited refunds in certain situations:

1. If you wish to cancel order within 30 minutes of successfully placing the order 100% refund is applicable.
2. A full refund will be issued if our baking team is unavailable due to unforeseen emergencies.
3. In case of a dispute, please write to  woof.n.whisk@hotmail.com for priority on-demand support.

• Change of mind 30 minutes after placing the order.
• If the delivery address provided is incorrect or no one is available to receive the order.
• Pet preference issues (if your pet does not like the flavour).

• Share your Order ID.
• Our team will review and update you within 24 hours.
   

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• In case of replacements, we will schedule a new delivery date with you.
