Refund Policy
Orders, once delivered, cannot be canceled or refunded.
Cakes ordered for Pan-India delivery will arrive within 3–4 working days.

Refund Policy
At Woof n Whisk, each cake is freshly baked to order and customized for your furry friend. Because of this, we have a no return policy. However, we do offer limited refunds in certain situations:
Eligible for Refund:
- If you wish to cancel order within 30 minutes of successfully placing the order 100% refund is applicable.
- A full refund will be issued if our baking team is unavailable due to unforeseen emergencies.
- In case of a dispute, please write to woof.n.whisk@hotmail.com for priority on-demand support.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind 30 minutes after placing the order.
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect or no one is available to receive the order.
- Pet preference issues (if your pet does not like the flavour).
⚡ How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us at +91 7989168439 within 30 min of placing the order.
- Share your Order ID.
- Our team will review and update you within 24 hours.
💳 Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- In case of replacements, we will schedule a new delivery date with you.
